Everyone love donuts. My kids are crazy about chocolate donuts. They can eat it anytime. Let me share with you all an easy recipe to make eggless Donuts at home.
Ingredients
1. White flour or Maida - 2 cups
2. Active dry yeast - 1 tsp
3. Sugar - 2 tbsp
4. Salt - 1/2 tsp
5. Unsalted butter - 1/4 cup
6. Milk - 3/4 cup
Recipe
1. Completely mix the yeast with warm milk.
2. Make a dough of white flour while mixing sugar, salt, unsalted butter and milk with yeast.
3. Keep the dough under thin cloth for 10 mins.
4. After 10 mins knead the dough.
5. Roll the dough using rolling pin. It should be half inch thick.
6. Cut the shape of donuts using donuts cutter or any round shape cutter.
7. Cover the donuts and keep it for 2 hours under room temperature.
8. Deep fry the donuts under medium flame till it turn brown.
9. Now take the donuts out and decorate it with caster sugar, melted white or dark chocolates and colorful sprinkles.
Home made donuts are now ready to be served.
